I have over 25 years' legal experience and in addition to being a qualified Solicitor, I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

I am aware that when seeking legal advice you will want to know from the outset what it will cost. I see it as important to provide you with a realistic estimate so please do not hesitate to ask.

The estimate will be confirmed in writing and I will also provide details of my firm's client care policy.

My practice of C.A.G. Solicitors is registered with the Law Society and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. In accordance with its requirements, we have professional indemnity insurance cover of £2,000,000.

In accordance with Law Society rules, I also have in place a complaints handling procedure the benefit of which will be offered to you in the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by my firm.
