N.B. The above rates are exclusive of V.A.T. which will be added
at the prevailing rate (presently 15%) and expenses payable to others
such as Land Registry, Court and or conveyancing search fees.
An estimate of these expenses will be provided before commencement.

Costs are charged at £200 per hour, reviewed on 1st July each year
plus value added tax at the prevailing rate, currently 15%.

In respect of the hourly rate, an estimate of time likely to be
expended on a matter will be provided before commencement.
